Shipping policy
We post our books in plastic free materials using Royal Mail. Please allow 2–4 days for delivery in the UK (though most will come much sooner than that).
Postage to the US will come as duty pre-paid and the cost is reflected in the shipping fee.
Mailings go out once a week on a Tuesday at 1pm. It’s only me, so please be patient. If I’m away, I’ll post that online 😎 and there may be a hiatus.

Shipping to Europe
- Our parcels to Europe are now shipped as tracked and where possible, duty paid in advance.
- The tracking number and shipping carrier of your parcel will be included in the notification of shipment to you and it is then your responsibility to follow the status of your parcel and pay any customs duties, if applicable.
- If you fail to claim or actively decide to refuse your parcel, we will refund the cost of the product(s) you have purchase upon their return to us. But sadly, as a small business, we are not able to refund your shipping costs if you parcel has been unclaimed or you have decided not to pay customs fees.
Taxes
Taxes and VAT in other countries are now prepaid and added to your purchase to avoid extra charges on your parcel when it arrives.
